Workplace Coaching, Training & Development

Education Five offers professional workplace coaching and training to help school staff achieve their professional goals. Led by accredited coach Anne-Marie Cartwright, our one-on-one coaching sessions provide a confidential space for staff to prioritize, evaluate, and plan their professional development.

We also offer tailored training on attendance and exclusion topics, as well as on-the-job training and supervision for new school attendance staff. These sessions, lasting between 1 to 1.5 hours, ensure that your team maintains high standards in casework and decision-making.
